Dialflo raises Rs 1.7 Cr for AI contact centre platform

AI-powered contact centre startup Dialflo has raised Rs 1.7 crore in its first funding round, led by early-stage venture capital firm AJVC. Angel investors Afsar Ahmad, Jani, and Arpit Dave also participated.

Founded in 2024, Dialflo is building an AI-first contact centre platform for enterprises. It combines human agents with AI agents and uses an attribution engine to track actions across both and link them to customer experience and return on investment.

The startup serves more than 10 enterprises, including Tata Digital, Intugine, and Careernet. It competes with Crescendo and Firstsource in the enterprise contact centre space and is focusing on a hybrid model combining human and AI agents.
