CurvetAI raises Rs 6 crore pre-seed round from Merak Ventures

CurvetAI, a Pune-based AI startup, has raised Rs 6 crore in a pre-seed round led by Merak Ventures, with participation from angel investors.
The fresh capital will be used to expand CurvetAI’s engineering and technology infrastructure and develop agent based capabilities that can handle more complex workflows.
Founded in December 2025 by Vivek Dubey and Utkarsh Gupta, CurvetAI operates an AI workspace that brings multiple AI models onto a single platform. Users can work with text, image, audio and video models, compare outputs and combine different capabilities within the same workflow.
The startup currently has more than 1 lakh monthly users globally, with India and the US being its largest markets. It has also started generating revenue. The platform is used by individuals, teams and educational institutions.

CurvetAI initially started as a platform for discovering AI tools and prompts. It later shifted towards a workspace after the founders found that users still had to leave the platform to use the tools they discovered.
Dubey previously worked at Infosys, Microsoft and Google, while Gupta has worked at Samsung and leads the company’s engineering and technical infrastructure.
The firm works with AI model developers and has collaborations with GnaniAI, Rumik AI and Alibaba.
