COFE Tech Announces $178M Funding Round for Enterprise AI Expansion

COFE Tech has announced a funding round valued at approximately US$178 million. Speaking to Entrepreneur Middle East in Riyadh during LEAP 2026, CEO Ali Al-Ebrahim discussed the company’s evolution beyond its original identity, with AI, enterprise technology and B2B infrastructure increasingly at the center of its strategy.
COFE Tech is shifting its focus toward building AI-driven enterprise solutions. The company is developing systems to help businesses make smarter decisions across procurement, supply chains, commercial operations and customer engagement, using data to solve operational challenges rather than simply building technology around coffee or hospitality.
B2B demand across hospitality and beverage continues to expand. Saudi Arabia’s growth, driven by major developments, tourism, hospitality investment and mega-projects, is creating opportunities for companies that can provide the technology and infrastructure required to support businesses at scale.

Procurement remains a fragmented process for many businesses, involving multiple suppliers, disconnected systems and limited real-time visibility. Technology can help companies better understand their purchasing patterns, supplier relationships and costs, while AI can help identify where efficiencies can be created.
Al-Ebrahim described Riyadh as the “Silicon Valley of the Middle East,” pointing to the scale of capital, talent, ambition and entrepreneurial activity converging in the city. For Al-Ebrahim, Riyadh is not simply a market in which companies can sell. It is increasingly becoming a launchpad.
The funding round gives COFE Tech additional resources to pursue that opportunity, but the next stage will be defined less by capital alone and more by how effectively the business can use technology to solve real enterprise problems.
