Circle raises ₹25 Cr seed funding to expand pre-owned goods marketplace

Pre-owned goods marketplace Circle has raised ₹25 Cr (about $2.6 Mn) in a seed funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners. Existing investors Titan Capital and Myntra cofounder Raveen Sastry participated, alongside Delhivery COO Ajith Pai as an angel investor.

The Bengaluru-based startup operates a managed marketplace where individuals buy and sell pre-owned goods across categories including smartphones, gaming consoles, cameras, furniture, watches, handbags, and sneakers.

Circle handles product verification, payments, logistics, pickup, and seller payouts without owning inventory. Buyers receive product verification and a three-day guarantee.

Founded in 2025 by Chirag Kataruka and Ankit Misra, Circle claims to have facilitated around ₹25 Cr in pre-owned goods sales in Bengaluru within a year of launch.
