Chapter Home Raises around ₹63 Cr, Valued at Nearly ₹1,000 Cr

Omnichannel furniture and home furnishings brand Chapter Home has raised ₹63 Cr (around $6.6 Mn) in a strategic funding round through a mix of debt and equity.
The fundraise valued the startup at nearly ₹1,000 Cr, or around $106 Mn. Bessemer Venture Partners, Stride Ventures, comedian Tanmay Bhat, and a clutch of family offices participated in the round.
The company claims it has also received further commitments from undisclosed backers for a future fundraise.
Chapter Home was founded in 2025 by former PharmEasy executives Nitin Chugh, Akarsh Bharadwaj, Shrey Mittal, Dhiraj Jain, and Dheeraj Goyal.
It is building multiple consumer brands for the home and kitchen needs of Indian consumers. It has already launched a home furnishing brand under HOKIPO.

The fresh capital will be used to strengthen product development, expand into newer categories, and invest in technology and brand building. A portion will also be used to scale its omnichannel distribution network and establish its initial offline footprint.
Earlier this year, AllHome, founded by PharmEasy cofounders, raised its Series B round led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
The fundraise comes amid continued investor interest in the home decor segment, with deals from Vaaree and HomeEssentials. Chapter Home plans to expand into adjacent categories such as cookware and small kitchen appliances.
The Indian home furnishing and decor market is projected to become a $45.5 Bn opportunity by 2031.
“Consumers are increasingly looking for better-designed products, trusted quality, strong functionality and a superior overall experience online and in-store, and we see a meaningful opportunity to build for those needs. That is why we are building focused brands for each category across home and kitchen,”
said Chapter Home co-founder Nitin Chugh.
