The product handles capitalisation tables, employee stock ownership plans, vesting schedules, fundraising transactions and shareholder communications. It is designed to replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes.
CapQuest serves companies across 11 countries, with its client portfolio including Holo, Erad, Avenia and Teylor. The funding will support product development, increased automation, enhanced equity management tools and commercial expansion.
“This funding represents an important milestone for CapQuest and a strong validation of our vision,” said Antoine Bruna, CEO & Co-Founder of CapQuest.
“Equity management remains unnecessarily complex for many companies, particularly as they scale and expand internationally. We’re building the infrastructure to make equity management more accessible, transparent, and efficient.”
