Bundle Raises $5.5M Pre-Seed for Shared Brand Reward Pools

UAE-based Web3 rewards startup Bundle has raised $5.5 million in a pre-seed round led by Ethereal Ventures — founded by Ethereum co-founder Joe Lubin — and Further Ventures, with participation from Nascent, GSR, Scenius Capital, Anchorage Digital, and Nuwa Capital.
The company emerged from stealth to build what it calls the world’s first networked rewards platform. Instead of each brand running its own isolated discount or cashback programme, Bundle lets them combine incentive budgets into shared reward pools.
The result: every participating business, including SMEs, can offer rewards far larger than they could fund independently, while keeping costs predictable.
Pilot Numbers and the Asian Expansion
During a pilot across five markets with five companies, Bundle distributed $100,000 to more than 1,100 winners — including a $50,000 grand prize — and participating brands recorded conversion uplifts of up to four times compared with traditional incentive campaigns.

Funding rounds and cross-border capital moves, one email, five minutes.
The company plans to launch initially in Singapore, Vietnam, and the Philippines, where more than 50 founding brands have already joined the platform.
Bundle runs the rewards distribution on stablecoin payment rails, enabling low-cost cross-border payouts while keeping the user and brand experience familiar — a practical consumer use case for blockchain infrastructure that doesn’t ask end users to understand it.
“Bundle was built to level that playing field. We believe every business, regardless of size, should be able to offer their customers the kind of rewards that genuinely excite them, rather than relying on discounting, which is a race to the bottom,” said Bader Al Kalooti, Co-Founder & CEO of Bundle. The startup was co-founded by Al Kalooti alongside Mostafa Wanas.
Min Teo, Managing Partner at Ethereal Ventures, framed the investment around mainstream adoption: “The next wave of blockchain businesses like Bundle will drive mainstream consumer applications by feeling native to users and solving real problems.” Robbie Nakarmi, Partner at Further Ventures, added that the shared rewards model “gives brands of all sizes access to larger rewards to drive higher conversions from their marketing campaigns at a fraction of the cost.”
Funding will support Bundle’s product development, strategic partnership investments, and the acceleration of its launch across key Asian markets.
