Bucketlistt raises Rs 7.6 crore seed round led by Kairon Capital

Ahmedabad-based traveltech startup Bucketlistt.com has raised Rs 7.6 crore in a seed funding round led by Kairon Capital. Titan Capital, Divisa Family Office, and Kunal Popat also took part.

The company did not disclose its valuation. The round comes about five months after Bucketlistt raised Rs 1.07 crore in a pre-seed angel round, announced on 9 June.

The company plans to use the new money to strengthen its technology and product, onboard more high-quality operators, and expand beyond Rishikesh, starting with Manali and Bir. It will also invest in content, organic discovery, and distribution partnerships.

Bucketlistt.com, founded by Shubham Makhecha, Nitant Desai, and Divyam Shah, is a marketplace where travellers discover and book verified experiences across India.

These range from skydiving in Mt. Abu and front-row seats at the Ganga Aarti in Rishikesh to dinner with royal families in Jaipur, along with activities such as bungee jumping, river rafting, paragliding, hot air ballooning, and ziplining.

Customers can book by paying 10% of the price upfront and the remaining amount on site. The startup launched in Rishikesh in December 2025, and the city remains its main market.

The company also runs OkGhumo, software that experience providers use to manage bookings, inventory, agents, payments, and daily operations. It was launched in March 2026 and, the company said, has served more than 50,000 customers.

OkGhumo feeds live inventory into the marketplace, so travellers get instant confirmations when they book.

Leading adventure operators in Rishikesh use OkGhumo daily in place of phone calls, WhatsApp and spreadsheets, and the company plans to replicate this model across multiple cities.

The startup claimed that Bucketlistt.com and OkGhumo together managed more than Rs 22.5 crore in bookings over the last 10 months, an average of about Rs 2.25 crore a month.

At the time of its pre-seed round in June, it said it had facilitated over Rs 10 crore in bookings.

Bucketlistt competes with global experience booking platforms such as Klook, GetYourGuide, and Viator, as well as Alyve.
