BlissClub raises $16.8 million Series B from Singularity AMC

D2C athleisure brand BlissClub has raised Rs 160 crore ($16.8 million) in a Series B round led by Singularity AMC, with Meesho CEO Vidit Aatrey and existing investors Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures also participating.

The funding comes amid continued investor interest in India’s D2C apparel and sportswear space.

The fresh capital has pushed BlissClub’s valuation up 62% from its previous round, while the founders’ combined stake has fallen below 40%. As per Entrackr’s estimates, the company’s valuation rose to around Rs 860 crore (approximately $91 million) following the Series B round, from Rs 532 crore during its Series A round.

According to the company’s regulatory filings accessed from the Registrar of Companies (RoC), BlissClub’s board approved the issuance of 69,247 Series B compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at an issue price of Rs 24,503.3 per share to raise Rs 160 crore.

Singularity AMC emerged as the largest investor in the round with an investment of Rs 70 crore, followed by Vidit Aatrey with Rs 50 crore. Existing investors Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures invested Rs 24.66 crore and Rs 15.33 crore, respectively.

According to the company, the fresh capital will be used to expand into new categories, scale its offline retail presence, strengthen product development, and hire talent to support its next phase of growth.
