Aignosis raises Rs 4 Cr seed for AI autism screening

Jaipur-based healthtech startup Aignosis has raised Rs 4 crore in a seed round led by Antler, Nikhil Kamath and angel investors including Varun Dua and IIMA Ventures.

Aignosis builds an AI-assisted autism and developmental screening platform. The system uses a standard laptop and webcam to record a short video of a child across nine stimulus modules.

Computer vision then analyses the footage for behavioural signals such as gaze, response to name and reactions to facial expressions.

It generates a risk report indicating whether further clinical assessment may be required. The system is designed for children aged 16 months to nine years and does not provide a diagnosis.

Aignosis operates through a Clinic in Clinic model and is deployed across more than 20 government Primary Health Centres in Rajasthan.

It has partnered with Mankind Pharma, whose medical representatives are supporting screening camps with paediatricians across India. The company is starting operations with Apollo Shines across around 125 schools.

The startup completed its CDSCO regulatory process and received Class B certification. It was also part of the Google for Startups Accelerator: AI First 2025 cohort.

Aignosis claims to have completed more than 8,000 screenings so far and plans to conduct at least 1 lakh screenings by the end of FY27, with expansion planned into Punjab, NCR, Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand, Karnataka and Maharashtra.

Founded by Raksheet Jain and Divyansh Mangal, Aignosis raised its first round in 2024 from investors including Rajneesh Bhandari and Amit Jain.
