AI chip verification startup VerifAIX raises $5M seed round

Semiconductor verification startup VerifAIX has raised $5 million in a seed round co-led by Endiya Partners and Bluehill VC. Other terms of the deal were not disclosed. The raise marks the company's first institutional fundraise.
VerifAIX is building an AI-powered verification platform for semiconductor design. The platform helps engineers detect bugs and verify that AI-generated chip designs are correct a growing pain point as AI-assisted design tools accelerate output but outpace existing verification methods.
The fresh capital will be directed toward product advancement, expanding customer deployments, and growing the engineering team.
