Ace Blend raises $9.9 Mn Series A2 led by 3one4 Capital

D2C nutrition and dietary supplements brand Ace Blend has raised $9.9 Mn (about ₹95 Cr) in a Series A2 funding round. The round was led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from existing investor Fireside Ventures.

The startup will use the fresh capital for clinical trials, supply chain improvements, R&D and new nutrition formats.

Ace Blend was founded in 2018 by Shivam Hingorani, who is founder and CEO. Saif Mehkri joined as cofounder in 2022.

The company sells supplements for heart health, brain health, sleep, recovery, gut health, strength and immunity. Its range of around 14 SKUs includes plant-based protein powders, superfood mixes and functional health supplements.

It sells through its own website and through Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto and Blinkit. The website accounts for around 50% of revenue, with the rest coming from marketplaces and other ecommerce channels, Hingorani said.

Ace Blend plans to run clinical trials through contract research organisations, with the aim of publishing results in peer-reviewed international journals.

It also plans automated batch-by-batch testing for nutritional accuracy, pesticide residues and heavy metals, and shelf-stability studies at launch and six months later, which Hingorani said would help build long-term safety data on its products.

According to Grand View Research, India's dietary supplements market was valued at $5.8 Bn in 2025 and is projected to reach $12.4 Bn by 2033. Earlier this month, D2C brand The Stack raised ₹21.5 Cr to expand its product range and invest in R&D.

Hingorani said the company clocked 300% growth in FY26 and has a repeat purchase rate of nearly 48%. He said it is targeting annual recurring revenue of ₹250-300 Cr over the next 12-18 months, with profitability also in sight.

"The first is clinical trials, which are going to be run by credible CROs (contract research organisations) and are intended to be published in peer-reviewed international journals. The second is cementing our moat as a business, which is our supply chain proficiency. The third is a robust testing mechanism that allows nutritional accuracy, pesticides and heavy metals to be tested batch on batch without any human intervention," he said.
